Payment
Once you have placed your order you will then need to pay for the item. You can pay via card on our website or pay via our iZettle card reader in person upon collection of your items. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or cheques. Once you have ordered or paid for your item online, I shall then contact you to arrange a date and time you will be able to pick up the item from me. Please make sure you can pick up the item from Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 upon making your order online. If you are unable to pickup your items between these times please let us know and we can arrange another time for pickup. I shall ask that this item be picked up within 30 days. If the item is not picked up within this time frame, I shall keep hold of the item and will give you a full refund. Once you have ordered your item, you will receive a confirmation email to say that I have received your order.
Delivery and Pickup
Unfortunately I do not send items in the post and request that any items are picked up from my address only.
COVID-19 - due to Covid, I shall be following social distancing rules and would ask the same from you as well. The item will have been wiped down with antibacterial wipes prior to being handed over to you. Once you arrive please call me so I can place the item on my front door step. If you are paying via the iZettle card reader this will also have been wiped clean prior to use. Once I have moved away from the item, you can then pick the item up and take it with you.

Return Policy
We are able to offer a refund to customers if they have told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. The customer then has another 14 days to return the goods once they have notified us. It is up to the customer to pay for the return of the item or return the item to us in person after cancellation. The return address is the address on our website. We shall refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.
